Takata Corp., a Japanese component manufacturer, will launch a safety belt with a new technology called SRS Airbag Seat Belt in the first week of December. Manufacturers called the devices would be used by brand-new Lexus LFA Sport. As reported by techon.co.jp, Tuesday (30/11) Takata seat belt calls a new style that combines the functions of a conventional seat belt with an air bag. “As a result, seat belt will expand like an air bag in the car today, when an accident,” says the manufacturer.

Belt is at once protecting the shoulder, head and chest of people who wear it. Some parts of the body are a part that has been known to be sensitive and high risk when the accident occurred.

The device is also claimed to be far more effective in anticipating the risk of fatal accidents. Seat belts are also air bags that would prevent people who wear head hit the car window when severe shocks. The manufacturer is sure to be used by Lexus LFA Sport.
